I took the kids up to SLC to visit my family but Scotty couldn't go. I was trying to think how I could make the trip easier for me and fun for the kids. Its a long drive so I thought of a way to break it up. Skate parks!!! As we drove we stopped and hit as many skate parks along the way that we could. It made the trip so fun and memorable
Our first stop was in Las Vegas. This skate park is huge. The biggest of the trip. It was super hot 109 degrees so the kids only stayed for about 45 minutes
We drove to St. George then slept at my parents house. The next morning we hit SK8 George!! We like this one because there are always really good kids there that teach the kids new tricks
Then we got in the car and drove to Cedar City. This park was the favorite of the trip. The locals were cool and the park was awesome!!!
Then we hit the road so T could nap. We drove all the way to Springville UT and hit the park that Scotty used to skate on when we lived in the area.
Our next stop was at Gracies house for some pizza and a water fight!!
After that our next stop was this mini park in Provo. This park got the worst park award. It is old and lame but it was an adventure!!!
The next day we drove to Layton UT and met up with my high school friends and their kids. There was a skate park and a splash pad. Perfect for fun and to stay cool on a hot day
Then it was off to Uncle Adams for fun
We finished the day at the Riverton skate park.
The next day we met the Nivens at the Provo skate park then spent the day with them at 7 peaks water park
the next day we drove to Spanish Fork and hit that one. It fun but hot
We met Niki and Summer friend
I caught up with my friend Emily from High School
Our last Skate park was in Barstow. This one was really cool and the locals were sketchy but super cool to us after I gave them water
It was a great trip and we hit 10 skate parks during the trip!!!
